Here at Zuri we're confident that our jewellery will not fade or lose its colour over time. In fact, we feel so confident about the quality, that we'll provide you with a lifetime warranty if your jewellery loses its colour.
What is the Lifetime Colour Warranty?
The Lifetime Warranty guarantees that we will replace any jewellery that loses its gold colour.
We guarantee that the gold plating will not wear off on its own, due to our new and advanced technology in the PVD coating process.. The gold colour plating on our jewellery is 10 times thicker than standard gold coating and more resistant to everyday wear.
What is not covered in the Lifetime Colour Warranty?
Beads, Pearls and Stones are not covered by the Warranty.
The Colour Warranty does not cover scratches, breakages or signs of wear and tear, loss or damage to the jewellery.
How do I look after my jewellery?
Your jewellery may become dull or darker due to everyday elements such as dirt, dust, perfume build up, lotion build up. Whilst our jewellery is resistant to water, lotions and perfumes; excessive usage on the jewellery will result in a build-up, causing the gold to dull and lose its shine. We recommend that you clean your items using a soft cloth and ethyl alcohol. This will bring back the shine. The lifetime colour warranty will not be applied in these cases.
