Refund policy
Returns:
We are happy to accept returns if you’ve changed your mind.
Any items must be returned within 14 days unworn and in their original packaging. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
We cannot accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your jewellery. If this is the case, please contact us immediately so that the issue can be resolved.
Please contact us before returning your item so that we can advise you of the next steps for a refund or replacement.
Any damage incurred by the customer from mis-use cannot be returned or refunded.
Tarnishing or discolouration due to chemical contact is not a fault. Please see our care instructions on how to avoid this.
Free item/ Promotion policy when returning items from your order
If you purchase an item which qualifies for a free item, should you wish to return your order, the free item must also be returned.
Should you not return the free item, the cost of the free item will be deducted from your refund.
Free items are not exchangeable or refundable on their own.
